After researching basement finishers for a few months and getting several bids, we awarded the work to A-1 Basement Finishing. We definitely made the right decision, Vishal the owner made certain everything we wanted was completed and completed just as we wanted and in a very timely fashion. A-1 Basement Finishing was very responsive and notified us each step of the way who to expect and on what day. His crews were friendly, talented and all willing to make adjustments and changes throughout the process. The final product is a very beautifully finished basement we could not be happier with. Was looking for someone to frame my basement. A-1 Basement came up in a Google search with good reviews. After getting quotes, I reached out to A-1 and Vishal was quick to respond. Their quote wasn't the lowest I had, but they were open to negotiation, which got them into my price range. A-1 Basement took care of acquiring the permit and looking over my design. I was initially intending to only have the outer walls framed, but after some thought, I asked if they could also frame the inner walls as well. They provided a change order quote which was a good price. Their on-site crew was great to work with and very personable. The crew lead was patient and answered all my questions (I tried not to bother them too much). They were even great with my son who decided to go check on them once or twice to see if they wanted anything to drink. They completed all the work in roughly 2 days and I was left with a good framing that I can finish my basement with. Thanks A-1!
